2. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made on www.goality.eu by private consumers and, where applicable, business customers. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in EUR.
- Prices include taxes where applicable (currently no VAT registration).
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on method, weight and destination.
- Payment methods are described under “Secure Payment”.
4. Ordering and contract formation
- Placing an order on the website is considered an offer to purchase.
- A binding sales contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious errors, out-of-stock items or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms and options are described in the “Delivery Policy”. Delivery times depend on product availability and courier workload. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal & returns
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

7. Warranty and complaints
- All products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under Estonian and EU law.
- If goods are defective, customers must notify us within a reasonable time.
- We may repair, replace or refund the item as required by law.
8. Liability
Goality Sport Group OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages except as required by mandatory law. Liability for personal injury or willful misconduct remains unaffected.

10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers may use the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, disputes shall be settled in Estonian courts.
