We deliver to Estonia, the Baltics and other European countries.

2. Delivery timeframes

• Products in stock in Estonia
  • Estonia: 3–5 working days
  • Baltics: 5–7 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
• Products ordered from suppliers (Estonia & EU)
  • Delivery time: 7–14 working days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier workload, public holidays and product availability.

3. Delivery methods and costs

Available delivery methods (parcel terminals, couriers, express delivery) depend on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated in your cart based on:

• selected delivery method
• order size and weight
• destination

Free or discounted delivery may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Split shipments

If your order contains both in-stock and supplier items, we may ship them separately at no additional cost to you.

6. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at support@goality.eu.
